8 players from Valleys were selected in the under 15 Darling Downs team that attended the state championships for under 15 Rugby League on this weekend in Brisbane.
Lachlan, Zack, Percy, Jacko, Denzell, Patrick, Alex and Travis were the players.
And out of that schoolboy carnival, Travis has been selected in the Maroon team.
Gav and Sonia can now look forward to freezing in Tamworth.
