Please note the change in order to cater for players required to back up from Premier Grade to Development Cup. Please ensure teams are ready for games without delay. Also note that both Under 16 games will be played on the Main Field to avoid any possible concerns with lighting.
PARKING
As per last year all parking will be in the church grounds on the Northern side of the fields. Parking will only be allowed on the road if the car park is full. Parking attendants will be directing traffic within the car park area.
FIELDS
Teams 1 v 2 will be on the main clubhouse field with Team 1 using the home dressing sheds. Teams
3 v 4 will be on the Northern field with dressing sheds inside the Millmerran Power tent. Under 16 games will both be on the Main Field.
SPECTATORS
Spectators will not be allowed on the Eastern or road side of the Northern field. This area will be strictly for players, coaching staff and referees. The Main field will utilise the new player benches however parents and spectators will be cordoned off from the player benches.
REFEREES
Referees and touch judges for both fields will use the referees dressing shed to change but the van between the two fields for instruction.
FIELD OFFICIALS
Pittsworth will be providing 2 field officials all day however as per normal game days, Clubs involved will also be required to provide their own officials.
