Toowoomba Valleys Junior Rugby League Football Club (TVJRLFC) boasts a long and proud history, including being a Foundation Member of the Darling Downs Junior Rugby League Competition, formed in 1970. Since this time, we have enjoyed many successes supporting Rugby League within the Toowoomba Community, including, but not limited to:
- Grown the club to 350 players, 19 teams (u6-u16) registered for the 2021 Season, including 3 girls’ teams
- Numerous Toowoomba Junior Rugby League Championships, President Cup Titles and Premierships in all age groups over the past 52 years.
- Number of players, coaches and officials selected in representative teams from Regional to National level each year.
- Raising funds for charities and junior rugby league, as well as supporting players and their families during hard times.
Valleys juniors takes great pride in offering and maintaining an environment that provides opportunities for junior footballers, coaches and officials to learn about our great games and continually develop the necessary skills and abilities to play the game to a high standard in a organised, fun and friendly environment. We also recognise the important role team sports play in developing our juniors life skills such as: hard work, respect, teamwork, determination, accepting defeat and celebrating victory. Junior rugby league allows the chance to develop human qualities so players become positive contributors to both their teams and the community.
The Toowoomba Valleys Junior Rugby League Football Club are Executive Committee roles are filled by volunteers, who take their roles and responsibilities seriously, creating an optimal environment for achieving Valleys Juniors goals. The Management Committee are responsible to members, the TJRL and the QRL.
