U11/12 Dev Cup Match Report 11 May 2013
The boys took on the Hawkies in Gatton and they were nothing short of a challenge with some great defensive efforts from the boys making desperate tackles near the line it was 0-0 at halftime how ever the Hawkies got us by 6 in the end. some great runs by Matty Allen and mason Tuitoga just to name a few. We just need to get our attack down put boys and we will be sweet to go
U11 Match Report 11 May 2013
Thanks to Gatton for a great game of footy. Our defense saw a great improvement on the weekend and everybody dug deep to keep the opposition on their toes. It was good to see plenty of passing along the back-line, which resulted in good meters gained. Special mention to Mitch, Chance, Harry and Sam who all played out of their usual familiar positions. U11/12 Dev Cup Match Report 4 May 2013
Great game by the young roosters on Saturday, we came up against a skill-full Souths team and we struggled to hold on to the ball at crucial times. Jordan fisher never stop giving his all for the whole game taking down the big Souths forwards also strong games from Mason, Jordan G and Domonic just to name a few. Still plenty to work on at training so lets keep up the tough work.
U11 Match Report 4 May 2013
Thanks to Pittsworth for a close game of footy. Our boys worked hard and defended the line well under immense pressure. We moved the ball around well in attack and made some great defensive decisions. We still need to form a strong defensive line and move up as one team. Our attack can be improved by shifting the ball along the back line a bit quicker and smoother. We are making good improvements each week. Good job Roosters. Geoff.
U11 Match Report 26-27 April 2013
The boys played an evenly matched game and worked hard for a draw against a well-drilled Dalby side. We defended well on our own line and ran the ball hard and straight. We still need to focus on moving up quickly in a strong defensive line and holding on to the ball in attack. This weeks awards go to Ben for his tireless tackling, Chance for good back up play and Kofe for a gutsy all round effort. Russell and Geoff.

The under 11′s played a good match out at Oakey. Everyone backed up well in attack and did their bit for the team in defense. U11 Match Report 13 April 2013
The under 11′s played Brothers in a tough game to kick off the season. It was a certainly a game of two halves. The boys struggled to find momentum and organisation in the first half but turned things around in the back half of the game. The second half saw the boys moving up better in a defensive line and backing each other up well in attack. This saw them level the scoreline and take away a drawn result. Overall, it was a good start to the season and the boys will improve each week with attention to moving up on the opposition in a strong defensive line and good positional play in attack. Thanks to Brothers for a hard and exciting match. Well done Roosters.
